Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped from our warehouse. Retail orders ship via standard carrier service. Freight charges are added to all invoices. Alternative shipping options are available upon request — contact sales@yesanime.com.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days in the order received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Wholesale / B2B Shipping

All wholesale orders are shipped F.O.B. (Freight on Board) from our warehouse. Freight charges are the buyer's responsibility and will be added to all invoices. For bulk or freight shipping arrangements, contact sales@yesanime.com.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided once your order ships. Track your shipment at yesanime.net/track using the order token from your confirmation email, or contact us directly.
