Return Policy
There are no return allowances offered by Yes Anime, Inc. Unauthorized returned packages will be refused and sent back to the sender.
Restocking Fee
Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns require prior written authorization — contact info@yesanime.com before shipping any items back.
Damaged or Defective Items
All damaged or defective items must be reported within seven (7) days of receiving the shipment. Claims submitted after seven days will not be accepted. No exceptions.
Final Sale
All sales are final after seven (7) days of receipt. No exchanges, cancellations, or refunds will be processed outside this window. No exceptions.
How to Request a Return Authorization
Email info@yesanime.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions. Do not ship items back without authorization — unauthorized returns will be refused.
Returned Checks
There is a $25.00 charge for any returned checks.
